Our flagship Yarn Doubling Unit is equipped with state-of-the-art Japanese Murata machines and German Volkmann two-for-one twist spinners. This facility processes raw cotton, polyester, and blended yarns through precision doubling, producing ultra-strong double yarns engineered for industrial reinforcement, martial arts fabrics, and luxury textile applications. Every cone undergoes multi-stage quality inspection before entering the export packaging pipeline.

Our Dyeing & Finishing Unit features advanced Monforts stenter frames and processing machinery for custom dyeing, printing, and performance finishes. From waterproof and fire-retardant treatments to antimicrobial coatings, this facility transforms raw woven fabric into finished, performance-ready textiles. Every batch undergoes rigorous color fastness and finish durability testing before export packaging.
